About us

Welcome / Failte!

BreizhEire is a society which started end of 2004. Its goal is to gather all Bretons
and Brittany lovers in Ireland around cultural events & activities about Brittany
or interceltism.

Each year we organise a major Fest-Noz (breton Ceili) for the St Yves day (Saint
of the Bretons, like St Patrick for the Irish or St David for the Welsh), we broadcast
the Cyber Fest-Noz in Dublin, and gather all Breton speakers during the Devezhio
ar Brezhoneg en Iwerzhon (Days of the Breton Language in Ireland).

All year long are organised several activities such as Breton dances classes / sessions,
Breton music sessions, Breton language classes, Breton games afternoons…

We participate or organise some other events with several bodies of the Irish language,
twining committees, celtic festivals in Ireland, some French speaking organisations,
and as well some Breton singers & musicians visiting in Ireland.

We are mainly present in Dublin, Galway and Cork.

All of our events and activities are open to everyone.

If you wish to be informed of all activities & events regarding Brittany and interceltism,
we will recommend you to join our information mailing list (3 to 4 emails per month).
To do so just send us an email mentioning you wish to join the mailing list at:
